Roman Fediurko was born and lives in Kyiv, Ukraine. At the age of 5 he entered the Music School No. 21 in Kyiv (class of Prof. Halyna Kotsiuba) and graduated in 2021. At the age of 6 he began to participate in piano competitions. Roman is a scholarship holder of the Foundation "New Names of Ukraine", the Presidential Foundation of Leonid Kuchma "Ukraine" and the International Academy of Music in Liechtenstein. In 2021 he received the President of Ukraine Scholarship for Young Artists. Currently he is a student of the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz in the class of Prof. Dr. Milana Chernyavska.
Roman is a laureate of the numerous all-Ukrainian and many international piano competitions including: 1st prize of Murai Grand Prix International Piano Competition 2022, 1st prize of Isidor Bajić Piano Memorial Competition 2021, 2nd prize of International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz Junior Group 2016, Horowitz Competition Kyiv-Geneva 2023.
