Jungrae Noah Kim is the first prize winner of the Belvedere competition 2024 as well as the second Prize winner of the Geneva Competition 2024. Jungrae was a finalist at the Viñas competition and at the Eva Marton competition in 2024, prize winner at the Marmande competition in France, the Shizuoka Opera competition in Japan and the Seoul International singing competition in 2023.

As part of the young artists program at the Zurich Opera, he performed in productions such as Die Gezeichneten by Franz Schreker, Madama ButterflyRigoletto and Il Barbiere di Siviglia. During the 2022/23 season, he performed the roles of Wagner in Faust,  Baron Douphol in La Traviata, Gregorio in Roméo et Juliette and Mandarin, and covered the role of Ping in Turandot. Noah has worked with conductors such as Fabio Luisi, Vladimir Jurowski, Gustavo Gimeno and Hartmut Keil and directors such as Barrie Kosky and Ted Huffman. 

Before joining the opera studio, he made his debuts as Belcore in l’Elisir d’amore at the Seoul Opera and as Masetto in Don Giovanni at the Bregenz Festspiele.

Noah Kim studied at the National University in Seoul and worked with renowned artists such as Hedwig Fassbender, Brigitte Fassbender, and Andreas Homoki.
