Emil Greiter was born in Bobingen on October 21, 2000. He completed his school education at the musical grammar school at St. Stephan in Augsburg. During his time at school, he had the opportunity to showcase his musical talent in various concerts, including the role of the teacher in the play "Jasager" by Kurt Weill at the renowned Brecht Festival in Augsburg in February 2020. During the year, he took part in the regional "Jugend musiziert" competition, where he won 1st prize. Unfortunately, the competition could not be continued due to the coronavirus.
Emil Greiter received his musical training during his school years through singing lessons with Dobrochna Payer, who helped to develop and refine his vocal skills. Since 2020, he has continued his musical journey in the singing class of KS. Prof. Jochen Kupfer at the University of Music Würzburg, where he is taught by this respected singer and singing teacher. Emil Greiter is also a committed member of the Lied class under the direction of Gerold Huber. Here he continues to have the opportunity to deepen his skills in the interpretation of songs and the art of performance.
He won the 2nd prize at the "Robert Schumann" International Competition in Zwickau in 2024.
