American baritone Bryan Murray has sung at the Venice Biennale and as far as Tokyo’s Bunka Kaikan concert hall. Prior to the shutdown, Bryan had a contract with the Deutsche Oper Berlin, where he racked up small roles in Verdi’s Rigoletto, Bizet’s Carmen, and Rossini’s The Barber of Seville. A graduate of the Yale School of Music, Murray took first prize in the Talents of the World competition in 2019 and the grand prize in the NYIOP International Vocal Competition. In 2022, he won the 3rd prize from Concours musical international de Montréal 2022 in the Art Song division.
